Those factors, together with the color changes in the medium, allow a differentiation with a high sensibility and specificity level. The mixture include specific relations of the mixtures of tryptophan rich protein fractions, free tryptophan, organic or inorganic salts, color or fluorescence providing substances, cellulose and hemi cellulose and other components which provide from 1 to 2 layers in the composition.
