Zusammenfassung:	A technique for information exchange is provided. A method and a system utilizing the technique are provided. According to the technique, a message having an input mode is received. A output mode for a response to the received message is determined. A response having the determined output mode is generated. The generated response is then transmitted. The determination of the output mode is independent of the input of the input mode.
