The system has a document creation means adapted to automatically create a document for a selected jurisdiction using the information obtained from a user. An affiliate matching arrangement is provided for matching professional services with the affiliated professionals responsible for the services and an affiliate payment arrangement is adapted to distribute payment revenues to the affiliate professionals.
