Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for obtaining recombinant HbsAg. According to said method, recombinant methylotrophic yeast cells that are capable of expressing HbsAg are broken down using a high-pressure homogenizer and the HBsAg is extracted from the resulting cell debris. The inventive method is characterised by a high product yield per g cell dry weight and is therefore a considerable improvement on known methods for obtaining HBsAg from micro-organisms. |
