The prosthesis generally comprises a stem for insertion in the medullary canal of the humerus, a head for replacing the natural humeral head, and a connecting member for connecting the head to the stem. Specifically, the connecting member of the prosthesis and the engagement of the connecting member to the head provides varying degrees of eccentricity as desired.
