Zusammenfassung:	A negotiation between a requestor and responders is mediated through a network. A mediation negotiating method has: a request forming step which forms requesting conditions in which priorities have been allocated to request contents in response to a mediating request of the requestor; a requesting step which forms a negotiation field between a plurality of responders selected in accordance with the requesting conditions and the requestor, inputs the requesting conditions, and notifies all of the selected responders of the requesting conditions; and a responding step which receives response information from the responders who participate in the negotiation field and notifies all participants including the requestor and the other responders of the received response information.
