Zusammenfassung:The present invention realizes a satisfactory step coverage of a thin film to be formed over a stacked line or electrode and satisfies the adhesion of the stacked line or electrode to a substrate, and also prevents the disconnection of the overlying line of the stacked line or electrode as well as the occurrence of a short-circuit between the overlying line and the underlying line, thereby improving reliability. A line having a stacked structure is provided on an insulative substrate. The stacked structure includes a first layer made of a first metal layer and a second layer made of a second metal different from the first metal layer. Each end surface of the first layer has a forward-tapered shape, while each end surface of the second layer is formed into a shape perpendicular to a surface of the substrate or an inversely-tapered shape.
