Zusammenfassung:	Discussed is a battery module including a plurality of pouch-type secondary batteries arranged in parallel to each other, each pouch type secondary battery comprising an electrode assembly, a receiving portion configured to receive the electrode assembly and a pouch exterior, a cooling plate arranged under the plurality of pouch-type secondary batteries to accommodate the plurality of pouch-type secondary batteries, and a thermally conductive adhesive between the plurality of pouch-type secondary batteries and the cooling plate. The cooling plate includes a first recess to receive a portion of the pouch exterior and a second recess to receive a portion of the thermally conductive adhesive.
