In some embodiments, oral products described herein may comprise at least one active ingredient in an amount of 10 weight percent or less, a sugar alcohol, and a gum, such that the product is in the form of a pastille. In some embodiments, oral products described herein may include at least one active ingredient in an amount of about 10 weight percent or less, a sugar substitute, and a sugar alcohol syrup, such that the product is in the form of a lozenge.
