Zusammenfassung:	Processes and kits-of-parts reshape keratin fibers by applying a composition onto hair and covering the hair, wherein the composition comprises ammonia and one or more organic alkalizing agents. Additionally, the hair is put under tension using a curler with covering the curler with a moisture barrier, and heating the keratin fibers. As a result, long-lasting curl having cosmetic properties are achievable and an ammonia smell is reduced when directly compared to compositions having no organic alkalizing agent.
