Zusammenfassung:	In a rotating electric machine system, a rotating shaft retaining permanent magnets includes an oil guiding member. An annular gap is formed between the rotating shaft and the oil guiding member. Lubricating oil that has flowed through a second oil supply passage formed in a rotating electric machine housing is supplied to an annular gap. The annular gap communicates with a rotor internal oil passage.
