Zusammenfassung:	A method for providing an image representation with a surgical microscope, includes capturing a color image representation of a capture region with a camera, capturing a fluorescence image representation of the capture region with a fluorescence camera, generating a detailed image from the captured color image representation with a spatial filter and an edge stop function, mixing the captured color image representation, the captured fluorescence image representation and the generated detailed image to form a mixed image representation, and providing an image signal which encodes the mixed image representation. Further, the disclosure relates to a surgical microscope.
