Zusammenfassung:Systems and methods for dataset distinctiveness modeling are disclosed. For example, databases may be queried for datasets associated with intellectual property assets, particularly trademarks. A vector representation may be generated for the mark in question, and a vector representation may be generated for the description of goods and/or services associated with the mark. A machine learning model may be trained to predict a distinctiveness score based on the vector representations, similarity metrics between the trademark and other marks, goods and services of the other marks, and context data associated with the trademarks.
