The lock mechanism is operable to selectively retain the shackle in a closed position. The case includes a first case portion including a first flange, and a second case portion including a second flange. In certain forms, the first flange and the second flange are welded to one another. In certain forms, the first flange and/or the second flange has a depth of one centimeter or less. In certain forms, the case includes at least one ramp configured to discourage gripping of the case.
