Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method and a device for same, the method comprising the steps of: receiving control information for disabling at least one among a plurality of hybrid automatic repeat and request (HARQ) processes; receiving a downlink signal on the basis of the control information; and determining whether to perform HARQ feedback for the downlink signal on the basis of a HARQ-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook determined on the basis of the control information, wherein the HARQ-ACK codebook is determined on the basis of at least one enabled HARQ process among the plurality of HARQ processes.
