Zusammenfassung:	It is an object to provide an antibody specifically binding to CD37-positive tumor cells such as malignant B-cell lymphoma, an antibody-drug conjugate comprising the antibody, a pharmaceutical composition having therapeutic effects on a tumor using the antibody, a method for treating a tumor using the aforementioned pharmaceutical composition, a method for producing the antibody, and a method for producing the antibody-drug conjugate, and the like. The present invention provides an anti-CD37 antibody-drug conjugate in which an antibody is conjugated to a drug linker represented by the following formula (wherein A represents a connecting position to the antibody) by a thioether bond, specifically, a humanized anti-CD37 antibody having internalization ability and an antibody-drug conjugate containing the antibody.
