Zusammenfassung: | A method of forming a highly textured tenorite film includes providing a substrate in a pulsed electrophoretic deposition (PEPD) reactor. Tenorite microcrystals, de-ionized water, hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid are mixed in the PEPD reactor. A temperature of the PEPD reactor is adjusted to 2-15° C. The highly textured tenorite film is formed on the substrate by electrophoresis having electrophoretic parameters. The electrophoretic parameters include a pulse ON time having a duration of 10 ms to 500 ms, a pulse duty cycle having a range of 0.1 to 0.23, a pulse height having a range of 0.1 to 0.8 kilovolts, and a deposition time having a range of 70 minutes to 2.5 hours. |
