Zusammenfassung:	Portable hunting blind including seat/chair for use in hunting or similar environment including side panels and hinge brackets having support arms mounted to side panels; seat mounted to side panels, the seat together with side panels and hinge brackets having support arms form a chair-like structure; skirt put around side panels to conceal hunter sitting on seat; and bonnets and blind top. Blind top conceals hunter while allowing hunter to see what is going on around him. To hunt or to come out of portable hunting blind, hunter stands up throwing back bonnets and hitting the skirt with his knee, thereby detaching skirt. Portable hunting blind is folded by folding side panels along with skirt with help of hinge brackets and by throwing back bonnets to retracted state for easy transport.
