Zusammenfassung:	In some non-limiting examples, a system for stimulating tissue growth at a tissue site may include a porous foam and a moisture barrier. The porous foam may include an exterior-facing surface, a tissue contact surface, and a plurality of struts positioned at the tissue contact surface. The plurality of struts may be configured to contact the tissue site and to create tissue deformation at the tissue site without the application of a reduced pressure. The moisture barrier may be configured to cover the exterior-facing surface of the porous foam and to trap moisture at the tissue site. Also provided are other systems, apparatus, and methods suitable for stimulating tissue growth.
