Zusammenfassung:	A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a panel main body. A first dimming element is disposed on a side of the panel main body. The first dimming element has a first alignment direction. A second dimming element is disposed on a side of the panel main body away from the first dimming element or between the first dimming element and the panel body. The second dimming element has a second alignment direction. The first alignment direction is perpendicular to the second alignment direction. The applicability of the display panel is improved, and it has an anti-peeping effect.
