Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a parking actuator and an electromechanical brake including the same. The parking actuator, which is connected to a brake actuator that performs braking of a vehicle, includes a parking gear connected to the brake actuator to be rotatable together, a parking lever having one side hingedly fixed and the other side engaged with the parking gear, a parking motor provided to generate power, a power conversion unit including a spindle member rotating by receiving a rotational driving force of the parking motor and a nut member screwed to the spindle member to move forward or backward, and a pressing unit installed on the nut member to press the parking lever by the nut member moved forward or backward.
