Zusammenfassung:	Methods of selecting a therapeutic agent to treat a cancer in a subject comprising receiving a plurality of protein data element values representing levels of the proteins in a biological sample from the subject, classifying each protein as a member of a process class, for each process class calculating a process score that represents the prominence of the process class to cancer treatment resistance and selecting at least one therapeutic agent that targets a selected process based on the process score. Systems for selecting a therapeutic agent are also provided.
