The first shaft side seal ring 71 and the second shaft side seal ring 72 have contact surfaces 71b and 72b axially facing each other and coming into contact with each other, and grooves 421c and 421d for forming a second communication flow passage 42 connecting a second outer flow passage 32 and a second inner flow passage 62 are formed in both the contact surfaces 71b and 72b.
