The touch-control panel comprises: a substrate, a plurality of first touch-control electrodes which are arranged on the substrate at intervals and extend in a first direction, and a plurality of second touch-control electrodes which are arranged on the substrate at intervals and extend in the first direction, wherein the first touch-control electrodes and the second touch-control electrodes are insulated from each other; the first touch-control electrodes and the second touch-control electrodes cross to form a first interdigital structure; and first bending parts extending towards the outer sides of the first touch-control electrodes are formed on side parts of the first touch-control electrodes, or, second bending parts extending towards the outer sides of the second touch-control electrodes are formed on side parts of the second touch-control electrodes.
