The bearing liner within the bearing includes a fabric with a bonding side polymerized resin composition dispensed on one side and a sliding side polymerized resin composition disposed on a second side that contains dispersed lubricant. The liner preparation also offers the ability for the liner to conform to a selected bearing surface.
