Provided are a highly stable, heterodimeric form anti-PD-1/anti-VEGF bispecific antibody having natural IgG characteristics and free of mismatched heavy and light chains and preparation method for the antibody. The bispecific antibody is capable of simultaneously binding with two target molecules and provides improved efficacy in treating a complicated disease.
