The wireless communication device may determine a channel-specific gain associated with transmitting the advertisement via the channel. The wireless communication device may generate the advertisement to include information identifying a channel identifier of the channel and the channel-specific gain. The wireless communication device may transmit the advertisement for locationing based on a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) of the advertisement. |
