Zusammenfassung:	An information processing apparatus in the present invention includes: an acquisition unit that acquires a first biometrics information group including biometrics information on a first person detected from a first image captured in a first area from a registered biometrics information group including biometrics information on a plurality of registrants; and a matching unit that matches biometrics information on a second person detected from a second image captured in a second area that is different from the first area against biometrics information included in the first biometrics information group.
