Zusammenfassung:	A fastening device for a vehicle window lifter includes at least one guide rail for guiding a driver for a window glass or pane. A joint piece has two joint pins integrally formed axially opposite one another thereon along an axis of rotation, a fastening bolt, and a connection portion connected to the guide rail. The connection portion has a connection leg, with a through-opening for the fastening bolt, between two lateral legs having mutually aligned joint grooves for receiving the joint pins of the joint piece, which pivots between the lateral legs and is pivotably mounted in the connection portion. A vehicle window lifter for adjusting a window glass of a motor vehicle is also provided.
