Zusammenfassung:	A hand-held shower head includes a fixing element, a rotating element and a first spring. The fixing element is provided with a water inlet channel and a first water outlet channel for flushing water. The rotating element is rotatably connected with the fixing element and is provided with a water passage and a second water outlet channel for spraying water. The first spring is disposed between the fixing element and the rotating element. When the rotating element rotates to a first position, the water passage communicates with the water inlet channel and the first water outlet channel, and the first spring is elastically deformed. When the rotating element is released from the first position, the first spring elastically recovers to drive the rotating element to rotate to a second position, and the second water outlet channel communicates with the water inlet channel.
