Zusammenfassung:	Solar-powered lighting devices are described, the solar-powered lighting devices including a housing and an electronic cord coupled to the housing. The housing may include a first section coupled to a second section, the first section including a solar panel coupled to an outer surface. The lighting devices may also include a rechargeable battery, a microprocessor, and a user interface to receive user input and transmit the user input to the microprocessor. The electronic cord may be flexible and includes at least one light-emitting diode, wherein the microprocessor is configured to control at least one operating mode of the LED of the electronic cord based on the user input.
