Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to vehicle lighting devices, and discloses a headlight optical element. The headlight optical element includes a light incident portion, a light transmitting portion and a light emergent portion which are connected in sequence, wherein the light incident portion includes a plurality of light incident surfaces connected sequentially in a left-right direction; the light incident surfaces are curved surfaces protruding backwards in the optical axis direction; and light emergent surfaces are curved surfaces protruding forwards in the optical axis direction. In addition, the present disclosure further discloses a headlight module, a vehicle headlight and a vehicle. The headlight optical element provided by the present disclosure is small in size, high in optical precision, accurate in light pattern, convenient to mount and low in cost.
