Zusammenfassung:	The disclosed technology is directed to a puncture needle access system for introducing guide wire into an interior of a tubular organ. The puncture needle access system includes an endoscope having an insertion portion. An endoscopic puncture needle is configured to be engaged with the insertion portion and includes an elongated tubular sheath having a lumen that extends in a longitudinal direction through the elongated tubular sheath. A tubular needle tube is inserted movably in the longitudinal direction into the lumen of the elongated tubular sheath. The tubular needle tube includes an inclined cutting-edge face formed at a distal end. The elongated tubular sheath includes an inclined surface oriented toward a distal end of the sheath so that the inclined surface comes closer to the elongated tubular sheath. The distal end of the sheath is located on a proximal end side of the sheath relative to a distal end of the inclined surface.
