Zusammenfassung:	A fastener assembly includes a fastener body, a locator cap, and a seal. The fastener body can include a first wing and a second wing that extend from a stem. The first wing can define a first wing tip and the second wing can define a second wing tip. The locator cap can include a top flange and a base. The top flange can define an opening to an interior of the base. A first slot can be formed in the base and can be dimensioned to receive the first wing. A second slot can be formed in the base opposite the first slot and can be dimensioned to receive the second wing. The seal can be in contact with the top flange.
