The collapsible privacy shield may include a first side panel and a second side panel. Each side panel may be pivotably coupled to the base panel by a lower side panel pivot and to the top panel by an upper side panel pivot. Each side panel may include an upper section mechanically coupled to the top panel and a base section mechanically coupled to the base panel. The collapsible privacy shield may operate as a carrying case for an electronic device when in a collapsed position.
