Zusammenfassung:	Discussed is an including a transfer unit transferring an electrode sheet having a plurality of notching grooves formed in a side surface thereof to a cutting point via a measuring point, wherein, when a front notching groove which is disposed at a front end in the electrode sheet is passing through the cutting point, a notching groove disposed in a rear end of the front notching groove is configured to pass through the measuring point; a detection unit at the measuring point to detect the notching groove passing through the measuring point and generating a notching groove detection signal; and a cutting unit at the cutting point to cut the electrode sheet according to the notching groove detection signal generated by the detection unit.
