In one example, the method may include displaying a user interface including a communication session between a first user, a second user, and a chatbot, detecting, via a user interface, a request submitted by the first user to the second user via the user interface, determining, via a machine learning model, a response to the request based on a type of object associated with the communication session, and determining a confidence value of the determined response, and outputting a message from the chatbot via the user interface which includes the determined response, in response to the confidence value of the determined response being above a predetermined threshold value. |
