Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a lamp for an automobile and an automobile including the lamp. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, provided is a lamp for an automobile, the lamp including: a circuit board; a plurality of light sources provided on a top surface of the circuit board; an optical resin layer provided on the top surface of the circuit board and configured to cover the plurality of light sources; and a fluorescent material layer provided in close contact with a top surface of the optical resin layer. The fluorescent material layer includes: a resin matrix; and fluorescent materials dispersed within the resin matrix.
