Zusammenfassung:	A composite electrode plate of increased robustness and with better electrical properties for incorporation in a battery cell includes a composite current collector, a positive active material layer, a negative active material layer, a first isolation layer, and a second isolation layer. The composite current collector is disposed between the positive active material layer and the negative active material layer. The first isolation layer connects to a surface of the positive active material layer away from the composite current collector. The second isolation layer connects to a surface of the negative active material layer away from the composite current collector.
