Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a connecting fastener structure and a cable management frame. The connecting fastener structure comprises: a main frame body and a cover plate on which a connector is assembled, wherein the cover plate is detachably connected to the main frame body through the connector; connecting through holes are formed in the connector; at least one pair of connecting protrusions matched with the connecting through holes are arranged on the main frame body; a gap exists between the connecting protrusions of the same pair; the connector is inserted into the gap, and in this case, the connecting protrusions are clamped in the connecting through holes; and a whole structure composed of the cover plate and the connector can be directly disassembled from the main frame body, or be connected to the main frame body in an articulated manner, and in this case, the connector is connected to the main frame body in an articulated manner. The connecting fastener structure is convenient to use.
