Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are various approaches for issuing Department of Defense (DoD) transaction accounts and approving payments with the DoD transaction accounts. A first computing device receives a request from a second computing device for a Department of Defense (DoD) transaction account, the request comprising a DoD identifier. The first computing device then verifies the DoD identifier and issues a new DoD transaction account associated with the DoD identifier in response.
