Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the use of a copolymer containing polyether blocks and polyamide blocks for manufacturing an inflatable catheter element, such as a catheter balloon, with improved bursting strength, in which said copolymer has the following characteristics: a number-average molecular mass of the PE blocks greater than 500 g/mol, and a number-average molecular mass of the PA blocks greater than 10,000 g/mol.
