Zusammenfassung:Provided are an anti-PD-1/anti-HER2 natural antibody structural heterodimeric bispecific antibody and a method of preparing the same. Specifically, provided are a highly stable anti-PD-1/anti-HER2 heterodimeric bispecific antibody having characteristics of a natural IgG and having no mismatched heavy chain and light chain, and a method of preparing the same. The bispecific antibody may bind to both of two kinds of target molecules, and thus may be more effective in treating complex diseases.
