Each of a plurality of connection terminals has a second connecting portion having a flat plate shape. The second connecting portion is connected to a corresponding one of the first connecting portions. After a processed connecting portion being at least any one of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion is formed through press-working performed for a conductive flat plate, compression processing is performed for a front surface and a back surface at both ends of the processed connecting portion in a width direction of the processed connecting portion. |
