A solid composition with rapid ingestion and facilitated swallowing, in the form of non-agglomerated solid particles, said composition comprising the following two different types of particle:Pa particles, with very low solubility in saliva and comprising at least one active ingredient, andPs particles, rapidly soluble in saliva, characterised by an apparent density equal to or greater than approximately 0.6 g.cm−3, advantageously equal to or greater than approximately 0.7 g.cm−3, and preferably between 0.7 and 1.5 g.cm−3 inclusive.
