Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	An information handling system display swivel arm rotates about two axes with selectable amounts of rotation. The swivel arm couples to an anchor and a display support with a tool-less swivel coupling device having a member inserted into a housing and rotationally coupled in place by first and second pins that engage first and second slots of the member. The first slot is disposed around the circumference of the member to support substantially 360 degrees of rotation of the member in the housing. The second slot is disposed only part of the way around the circumference of the member to support partial rotation, such as 180 degrees. Removal of both pins from the member allows withdrawal of the member from the housing to disassemble the swivel arm.
