A method by a third node for controlling a packet transmission for a split bearer connected to a first node and a second node in a wireless communication system includes obtaining information related to a buffer state of each of the first node and the second node, determining a packet arrival time at a terminal through each of the first node and the second node based on the information related to the buffer state of each of the nodes, selecting one of the first node and the second node based on a comparison of the packet arrival time corresponding to the first node with the packet arrival time corresponding to the second node, and transmitting a packet to the terminal through the selected node. |
