Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a compact heat exchange device, applicable to either EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) systems for reducing nitrogen oxide emission, or to WHRS systems (Waste Heat Recovery Systems), both in internal combustion engines.The design of the heat exchanger is characterized by a configuration that incorporates technical solutions intended for compensating for the differential expansions between the tube bundle and the shell, as well as other variables relating to thermal fatigue, where said solutions result in a compact device.
