Zusammenfassung:	An optical film includes a first pattern layer including a base part and protrusion part groups on the base part and having a first refractive index, and a second pattern layer on the first pattern layer and having a second refractive index greater than the first refractive index. Each of the protrusion part groups includes first and second protrusion parts adjacent to each other. Each of the first and second protrusion parts includes a bottom surface, an upper surface, a first side surface and a second side surface. The first and second protrusion parts are symmetrical with respect to a reference line passing through a center of each of the protrusion part groups and perpendicular to the base part. The first and second protrusion parts are asymmetrical with respect to a center line passing through a center of the upper surface and perpendicular to the bottom surface.
