The method includes receiving a packet over a wireless connection, determining whether the packet is received within a reordering window, the reordering window defining a window size to receive data, when the packet is received outside the reordering window, determining whether the packet is a transmission control protocol (TCP) packet and when the packet is a TCP packet, delivering the TCP packet to a TCP/Internet Protocol (IP) stack.
